I was very supportive and understanding of the situation I was in; I had no idea how to deal with a mold issue, what to expect from it, or what needed to be done to solve the problem. He took his time to answer every single question and clarify any doubts I had. His professionalism, knowledge of what needed to be done, as well as understanding, and kindness made me think and feel that he was more into helping me to go through this in the easiest, most non-stressing way, not only emotionally but also financially. I know it is a business and a business is to make money, but not for a single second did I feel that he was focused on money. More than anything, he was concerned and focused on my well-being. He wanted to make sure that everything was done properly and in a timely manner and, most of all, that I felt safe, secure, and stress-free while performing the job. Needless to say, I felt comfortable giving them access to my house and leaving them alone while I went to work or to do errands. During that time, they kept the necessary equipment to secure the area and provide safety; they chemically wiped or HEPA vacuumed every surface of the house and every single object in it. They also removed and disposed of baseboards, drywall, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, furniture features, etc., and whatever item was not to be disposed of was properly cleaned/sanitized and stored in secured containers/bags, making sure nothing was damaged. I believe a job of this nature is difficult to quantify; it is extensive, demanding, and demanding work. I can honestly say that other companies would have charged me more and perhaps done less. Will I recommend them? Without a doubt, I can assure you that you, your family, and your property are in the best professional hands who will go the extra mile for your safety and peace of mind. No complaints. The work was done on time. Dustin is knowledgeable in mold remediation. He removed the affecting area and scrubbed and used a particular chemical that left everything clean. In the beginning, the affecting mold area smelled really nasty, but after N&D Restoration finished the job, the odor was pleasant.

My A/C had a really bad leak, and mold was all over the laundry, hallway, and also the ac closet. I contacted N&D Restoration, and they responded quickly and handled the issue professionally. Their services are top-notch and Iâ m more than glad to let you know you can trust them with any situation of mold you might have.
