Kyle Galloway, P.E. He cannot keep his promises and has really no work ethics. Needed report on beam strength to uphold roof of backyard porch for City Code enforcement. Kyle is very nice to talk to in person, young and polished. I gave him the full agreed amount as a check and he mentioned that he will have the report the same day. That did not happen. Tried calling and it goes into voice mail. Texted him twice - no answer. Left a concerning voice message. He texted back that that he will have the required report by the evening. Again no such report on the second day. Finally left him couple of text messages and asked for my money back. Really really frustrating trying to work with Kyle Galloway, PE.

Kyle of Carolina Engineering and Inspection was very professional, very thorough with his inspection, and very helpful in finding a solution to my problem. I would recommend him to anyone needing structural analysis of their home.

Kyle with Carolina Engineering and Inspection was a pleasure to work with! He contacted me promptly and inspected an issue found from a home inspection. He did a thorough inspection and found that it was not a issue. Additionally, Kyle was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the payment process very easy for my clients who werenâ t local to Charlotte. I would definitely recommend Kyle for any structural inspection needs you may have!
