They were disorganized on arrival. The grout repair did not match the existing floor. The tile cutting and setting was inconsistent. Had to call back for clean and re-dos' Their machinery broke down without a replacement. Nice guys. Would not recommend.

Apex is the absolute best!! I definitely recommend. Everyone is very polite!! Great communication. They did an amazing job repairing tile in my kitchen that had been cracked!! They are clean, fast, & fair. If you are looking to get your tile repaired I would 100% recommend Apex tile.

We are so grateful to Apex Tile and Grout! We had floor tiles that cracked due to new home construction settling. They did a great job! The team was so professional, experienced, customer focused, and friendly. They completed a substantial job ahead of schedule at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Apex Tile and Grout!!

The work done was good. The mess that was left was totally unnecessary. We were away for the summer and they had a free hand to work when they chose to. When we got back the furniture, floors and even clothing in drawers were covered in construction dust. The bathroom was off the master bedroom. It should have been easy to close the door to the bathroom while working and close it at the end of the day and the end of the project. That way we would have one room to clean not all. Just sloppy. We will be finding dust until Christmas. Dust on the bedspread, curtains, pillows, everywhere. Did not have to happen. Alex and Olivia are nice people but that only goes so far.
