GDI Turf

This was a total horror story.

This is a horrible company! No crew members could speak English, so they could only communicate using a cell phone to translate. They charged me for materials that I did not receive. My job called for 6 bags of sand for the artificial grass. The crew only showed up with three. I found after pulling back the grass to repair a sprinkler terminal that one whole section of my yard did not receive weed fabric after I was charged for enough to cover all three sections they were hired to complete. They broke my main sprinkler line and patched it with a screw and some patching material. Of course, it did not hold, and I had to hire a real professional to repair it. The owner will not take responsibility for his crew. I t is evident that they ripped me off on weed fabric and sand. When I tried to explain, the owner said he had paid invoices to prove that the materials were bought, but he was never on the job site and would not concede that his crew were thieves. He called me a liar when I confronted him. I informed him I was going to take legal action. He said go ahead. I will do just that civilly and criminally. Stay away from this company. I am a law enforcement veteran and will see this fraud prosecuted. If you gave this company a five-star in the past, I suggest pulling up some of your turf to see if you have weed fabric.

Biviana with GDI TURF did a good job reviewing all the different products to use. The team they sent out was great. On time and did a great clean up job.

My husband and I wanted a simple backyard for the dogs to run around and do their business. Claudia came with 5 samples of artificial grass and explained the benefits of each one without being pushy on which one to buy. She was on time, communicative, and was realistic on when they would start the project. Gdi was able to fill most of our backyard with artificial turf made for pets like we wanted. We also got pavers placed for the trash bin and for the dog door, and some river rock along the house. The team was able to start and complete the job within 2 days. I am happy with the quality of work they did.

GDI turf have been an amazing company to work with for our backyard landscaping in our brand new home. They provided clear and concise information from the beginning, from design to cost. We had them do other projects as well as fencing and drainage system.

GDI TURF made overhauling our backyard super easy. Claudia came out and helped us sketch out a few ideas until we found something that we liked. She was very responsive and helpful. The crew worked super quick and was able to get everything done in 2 and a half days and the quality was amazing! I will definitely recommend them to everyone looking to get work done.

Eric, Luis, and the group were absolute professionals and took great pride and care in their work. Any issues or challenges were tackled head on and explained to be in great detail. Before Eric left after the final inspection and walkthrough, I already scheduled the next project with him.
