    I needed a new toilet fast so hired the first business that responded which was My Plumber. The price for the fixture and installation was exorbitant, close to $1000. That evening the toilet started leaking from the tank (screw probably not sealed properly) and the base, wax floor seal probably not installed properly. To say I am not happy is an understatement. I should have done more research, but I needed the problem fixed fast. I rated customer service 3 stars because they did send someone quickly for the initial installation. But what is the point of having someone show up who does not have the proper skills?

    The company was highly responsive and immediately gave an appointment. The staff was very professional. The two persons who came out to fix the leaky faucet problem were also very courteous and professional. However, the price was simply too outlandish (458$ for fixing a leaky faucet in the bathtub) - they changed the old valve with a new one, and the work was done in less that 15 minutes. After they did the work and I signed the paper work, they tell me that if the water pressure in the house was higher than 80 (or at 80) then the warranty is voided. They should have disclosed this before. Luckily (for me) the pressure was 60 and it was not an issue - but I let them know it would be better for the customer to know such things before hand. I like the promptness and the work ethic of the people in this company - I would recommend them for that. However, I do not see how they could justify a $458 price for the work they did for 15 minutes. The company needs to rethink its pricing policy - and not to take advantage/exploit the customer situation.
