This company is a complete ripoff. They charged me $723.00 to detect a refrigerant leak in my a/c unit but performed no other repair or service. If you want to get royally screwed give them a call. Absolute thieves.

Beware of doing business with My Plumber of Manassas. They are NOT honest. Here is what happened to me: In late December 2020, just before Covid hit, My Plumber came to my home for routine servicing under a service relationship I had with them for 10-years. The technician suddenly declared that I had a crack in my heat exchanger that was dangerous and he immediately condemned the unit (in winter) and sent a salesman in two hours to give an estimate for new equipment. Subsequently the company sent me a GPS-verified picture of a crack in a heat exchanger they claimed was mine. My Plumber s bid was substantially higher than others and I chose another contractor to replace the equipment. Upon completion of the work I asked the other contractor to inspect the heat exchanger and he found no crack. At my request he took it to the manufacturer (Trane) and they also found that the heat exchanger had no crack and was in good operating order. My Plumber reluctantly came to inspect the heat exchanger (that I have to this day) and agreed it had no crack and never explained the GPS-verified picture of the crack in my equipment it sent to me. Instead it claimed some minor discoloration made the heat exchanger dangerous none the less and offered me $1,000 as a courtesy . I refused because I was outraged at being deceived and would rather warn others of behavior that can only be seen as fraud. Covid prevented me from pursuing this until now.

Tech was very professional and friendly. Although he tried to sell me additional services he was honest about the need. He was courteous about my property. He was careful to put shoe booties on so he wouldn't soil my carpet. Overall a great experience.
