Daniel did an excellent job bringing our house up to code with insulation in the attic, he added insulation barriers to the walls to the living space, that were not insulated. Also he fixed the vents on the attic as some had mold (thank you) Daniel did an excellent job and came in on budget. And his bid was right on point and he worked with us on installation scheduling.

I had an issue with two bedrooms being much colder than the rest of our house, so I assessed and found at least two areas of our attic that seemed to be missing insulation, but they were impossible to get to for a novice (me). I reached out to two other companies before contacting My Insulation Guy, one tried to quote a service that I knew wasn’t needed (adding insulation above our garage) and another wanted to remove all the existing attic insulation and fully replace it, both very expensive and unnecessary services. So instead of using those companies, I reached out to My Insulation Guy. Daniel came out promptly, inspected the attic and found the problem areas immediately! He was very thorough and showed me images of his findings as he explained. He then provided a reasonable quote which I accepted, and he was able to also get the work on his schedule quickly. On the day of installation, Daniel communicated his arrival and was punctual. He and his counterpart worked diligently and corrected the issues. Our family noticed a difference immediately, as the two rooms are now at a consistent temperature with the rest of our bedrooms, to the point where we have now adjusted our thermostat to be a couple of degrees cooler because we don’t have to compensate for those rooms anymore! We are so thankful for My Insulation Guy and recommend their work to anyone needing insulation work in the KC area. They are professional, trustworthy, and thorough!

Daniel from My Insulation Guy was great. They did blown in insulation in my attics and I noticed a difference immediately. My first floor bedroom would get very hot in the summer and cold in the winter due to insulation issues in the tiny attic. Now its the same at the rest of the house. My master bath is also fixed and tracks temperature with the rest of the house. I would highly recommend. Also, communication was excellent. When they said they would show up, they did. Very reasonable prices.

Even though our home is only 4 years old we were not insulated as well as we should’ve been which led to issues. Would recommend this company.before and after of one area! Huge difference.
