Lyle sets the example for others to follow. This is our second time using My Garage Guy for our new home in Parker. Lyle is professional, curious, knowledgeable, and communicates well. Not only will they help with all of your garage needs - Lyle goes above and beyond to explain what options are available, what his recommendations are, and providing a through knowledge transfer so that you understand how to use what you just purchased. Highly recommended.

Went out of his way to make me happy. Did a couple things just to be nice. Arrived in a half an hour after calling him.

Lyle Came out on a Sunday evening. Didn't think I would get anyone to come out that late. He said he would look at the problem and at least get the door down. He said that the spring system was broken and with that system it tripped a safety latch and locked the door open. Said he could replace everything with the more conventiual spring system. Told him to go ahead and he was done in little over an hour. The door works better that it did before . Great job!

It was a Sunday evening around 5:00 PM and went to close the garage door. Moved about 3 inches and the reversed. Disconnected the door and tried to close the door. Nothing. Wife send ot a "HELP" to HomeAdivisor and Lyle called back is a very short time. Explained the problem and he said he could be at my house in 30 minutes. He was just finishing up a steak dinner he cooked for his wife. He lives in Parker and was basically around the corner. Survived the problem... broken spring(s) in the tube. Not a conventual system and know to be a problem. Said he can replace everything for a reasonable price. In about a hour. Sure enough was done in just over a hour and the door/opener was working better than the system. Also gave me some hints a lubing the door and about a sticky weather stripping that may be a problem. Need a garage door problem corrected, call My Garage Guy!

Extremely responsive, owner reached out immediately in Easter to schedule appointment within 48hrs of initial contact. Received update when he was on the way with a time eta that was within the window of time provided. He was very thorough with information, options, and pricing. Replaced our broken springs and did all the necessary maintenance needed. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them moving forward for all my garage repair needs. They check all the boxes and exceeded expectations.

Everything except the rails were cleaned, oiled and tested. The work was done a year ago and the rollers are just as quiet. It was little more expensive than I thought it would be, but still a job well done.

Lyle was able to come out during the cold spell and replaced my garage door springs. Very professional and had our garage door working and tuned up real quick.

They not only installed a new garage door opener, bu also helped me program my car opener and the MyQ app on my phone. They gave me options regarding nee garage door openers and/or replacing parts in the old one.
