Handyman Connection of West Omaha

Reid added a beautiful roof extension over our stairway landing to our house, and at the time I was quite confident I would be leaving a much more positive review. The problem has come in the aftermath. Handyman Connection boasts a one year warranty, part of the reason we chose them for this work. There are several (5 total) touch up things that have been needed since the date the work was completed, some being minor cosmetic things and others being major potential water damage things. The work was finished about 3 months ago, during which time I have had work scheduled but then rescheduled before the time came, I have had times when the work was supposed to get done that I simply received no follow up for and no one came, and the issues have been largely ignored except for when I actively call/text to try and get someone to come fix them. I understand that the company is very busy at this time, but 3 months feels excessive, and it feels like these fixes, that should not take more than a day I would not think, are being grossly deprioritized. These issues have the potential to get worse if left undone over the winter, and I am increasingly concerned that that may not happen in time. Overall, the experience since the day the work was paid for has been unprofessional and frustrating, to say the least.

I did a lot of research before hiring this company and am so gald I decided to go with them. I am thrilled with the job Ed and Len did installing two new exterior doors on my 95 year old house. It was not an easy job but they are both amazing crafsman and the end results are better that I could have imagined. Thank you Ed and Len for a wonderful job and going above and beyond. Thank you also to Amber and Dave. There is no doubt I will use this company again for any other projects I have in the future. We hired Ricky to replace shed doors. He completed this work in less than a day and the doors are sturdy. The doors look great and are better than what we ever had on the shed. He even added the esthetic detail to match our house. Thank you!

We are getting a rental house ready to sell, and had Handyman Connection do the work we needed done. We've used them before and were happy. Tim Y. once again did our drywall repair and various painting projects, installation of a door for a master bath, and some caulking. We were on a tight time schedule to get the house ready for showing, and Tim came on Saturday and Sunday so that it would be done in plenty of time. He just finished up this morning, and we couldn't be happier. We will go to them when we need a handyman again!

I had handyman Ricky H. come out today. He was very professional and very detailed. He communicated any concerns or issues that came up. He didnâ t just hurry up and be done, he looked it over several times and had me look at it too. I had to get a window on the second floor painted on the outside, replace a fan, and insert drawers. I would hire Ricky again on future projects.

Ask for Rick- Guy has been doing handyman work for 30 odd years - good solid work for a fair price.
