At first everything was great. The owner was very responsive and prompt, but we felt his first estimate was high for the project we had, so told him thanks but we would keep looking. He then offered to do the job about 20% off so we agreed to hire him. There was some miscommunication about the scope of the project, but that was fine as these things happen. However, the job he was paid to do he left black paint splatter in numerous places on our white siding and skipped painting altogether in some noticeable places along with the fact that he left my nearby plants in disarray (and one was stomped out, dead). When addressing the issues with the owner he was rude and blamed us for his underestimate of the job and accused us of "trying to take advantage of him" over a price he offered and we didnt ask for.

This customer was very disrespectful, I informed amanda that there would be an increase in price since her husband signed a contract for the wrong project. After then she stated my price was way too high for the project. I completed the project an then got harassed by this customer on all forms of social media stating I ruined her plants and got paint on the siding followed by name calling and cussing. I apologized then followed that up with I'm will be gladly to come back and clean up the paint. If you want extra work not in the contract you will be charged, always no exceptions. Sorry we couldn't work things out ananda.
