Isaac is an incredibly thoughtful, honest, and effective craftsman. We called him after we noticed leaks in our roof after a heavy rain. We checked with 4 other contractors, and Isaac’s price was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper. He came timely and did efficient and effective work. More than that, when it rained lightly after he completed the job, he’s offered to come back for free to add another coat, just in case the rain impacted his job. He didn’t have to do it, but he wanted to make sure he got the job done well. Because of his honesty, integrity, and hard work, he’s going to be our first call for contractor work.

Issac and his crew are amazing professionals doing our deck refurbish in record time, with attention to detail and making sure that the balcony/deck looked as good as new. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would! We spoke with different contractors for our rooftop, but when we met Isaac, he stood out immediately. During our interview, he provided clear visual explanations based on his experience and past projects, which gave us confidence in his work. He assured us that his waterproofing would be long-lasting, and he backed it up with a five-year warranty. He was always welcoming and open to our requests, and his communication was excellent. Unlike other contractors who just gave us a quote, Isaac took the time to pinpoint exactly where our issues were. His diagnosis was spot on, and his knowledge and expertise made us trust him completely.

Working with Isaac was a pleasure. He is very responsive, reliable, competent and a good communicator. The work was done promptly and our second story deck and railing replacement came out great. Would definitely consider him for future projects, big and small.

Much Better Construction recently demolished and hauled away an old wooden deck from our backyard. They replaced it with a beautiful new one in 4 1/2 days! Isaac, the owner, was great to work with. He came by multiple times each day to check on his crew to make sure everything was going well. I couldn?t be happier with my new deck! I will not hesitate to call this company for any future projects.

MBC replaced two huge damaged beams and the four posts on my patio cover. They also noticed that I needed some additional painting & they provided me with a bid for that work. I appreciated that, as it was in the entryway to my front door and anyone coming to the front door would notice it. When I approved the second bid, they completed that work also. The workmen arrived at 7:00 each morning & they stayed late on the last day to complete all the work which took 4 days. Isaac, the owner, appeared at my front door the day after the work was done to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. He asked to inspect the work & noticed a few paint drippings on my cement patio. He promptly had two workers remove all traces of those drippings. It is nice to have a company that ensures that the client is happy when the work is done. I will call Much Better Construction in the future should I need other work to be done. Carol Ellis

First time contracting a general contractor for my home needs. I needed my fascia boards replaced and painted. Issac and his team were quick and professional to finish the job. The owner was always in communication with me throughout the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and will use him and his team again for future home projects.
