I was told I needed a toilet flange replaced. They said they would need to cut into the ceiling below, cut the waste pipe and fit a new pvc pipe and flange. Quoted me roughly $1600 on the high end, $1071 on the low end for the "temporary fix of just replacing the flange. I did not hire them. Another licensed plumber who had actual experience with replacing flanges on iron pipe just completed the job, with warranty, for $389.
They were prompt , polite and courteous and tidy.
