Good quality work but cost was higher than expected, but was covered up front. So I did have the opportunity to hire others but due to lack of heated water at the house, I wanted to get it done on short-order and Mr McGee was responsive.

He was very efficient he gave me an estimate later on that day he came and completed the project it was a one day service!

Robbie contacted me immediately and told me he was available to come out right away even though it was after 8:00 p.m. I scheduled the appointment for the next day and he arrived on time and was was very professional, polite, kind, caring and willing to explain and show me everything he was doing to resolve cleaning out my clogged drains. Robbie provides quality service to his customers and I was extremley happy with what he charged me for all the work he did. I am so glad that I have found a plumber that I can use and trust and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My first call was to a well know plumbing company in Yukon that sent out a tech which was not able to do the job and then called in for back up and have another tech come out to complete the project. They told me that they would have to take out approximately 12 feet of foundation in the house, replace the broken pipes and then repour a new pad to fix the problem. They scheduled the repairs to be done on the house 3 days later with the inital cost of around $2,800.00. I can't tell you how glad I was to get a 2nd opinion and get Robbie from McGee Plumbing to tell me the lines were only clogged and not broken. He came into the project knowing what I was told about the pipes being broken and was aware of how much they quoted to fix the plumbing problems.

Robbie was great, he was able to come out the next day, he did a thorough review of all of my Possible problems (we had a leak in the sprinkler system) he checked the sprinkler system, all of the toilets in the house and even the water heater. Robbie took the time to teach me about the water meter, and the sprinkler system shut off (we didn't shut off last year...new home...and weren't shown how by the builder) Robbie was respectful, kind, and professional. I will definitely keep his number handy should I need a honest, not overly expensive plumber.

I'm so impressed with Robbie Woodward. So, being the homeowner, do it your selfer I am, I decided to unscrew my front hose faucet to replace it as it was leaking. Who knew you could totally twist off and break a pipe? I called a few plumbers who promised to call back, but got frustrated as it was getting late in the day and I didn't want to go a night without water. No toilet flush right? Anyway, I got on Home Adviser web site and McGee was one of the top three plumbers to pop up. Typed in my issue and requested a quote. Robbie called not twenty seconds after I posted. Finished the job he was on, came to me and fixed my issue all within two hours of first contact. And, most importantly, he didn't make fun of me screwing up a plumbing job! I love this guy and found a new steady plumber.

He was prompt, got here a little early before appointment time, he was very good as far as me explaining problem. He quoted me price right up front, got took work, took care of drain. I'm real happy with the results. His price was fair. I was pretty happy with the whole thing.
