The project was top notch. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the project early the final walkthrough was good and accommodate my schedule. Final project turned out great! My only issue was pricing seemed very high just to change a breaker.

It was an expensive visit to find out my electric was not the problem. The two gentlemen were super and very gracious.
All in all it's a great company that does outstanding work, but townhouse owners, beware of the 40ft ladder charge. It's ridiculous and unjustifiably high.
Insulted is the word I would use to describe the Mr. Sparky. Number 1) The tech came and ran wiring in our bedroom for a new ceiling fan and a new light in our basement. But did not connect the wiring for the bedroom. (That is waht I hired hi to do.) They only connected the wires for the light in the basemnt. Number 2) A few weeks later in the attic, I noticed a wire for the fans were just hanging over the board. After ocmplaining to Mr. Sparky the same tech came back proclaiming they did not connect the wires until the fans were ready for connection. This was three weeks later. Number 3) They also broke the light in the attic. But played it like it was already broken. And that they did me a favor and replaced it for me. I guess they thought I could hide that, unlike the damage they did to my ceiling on their first visit. Number 4) The biggest insult was the tech kept saying he was not going to charge me for the connecction. (Again the very reason I hired and paid them in th first place.) Number 5) No one, not one person, called to follow up on his service. So if you like your intellagence insulted with poor service, give Mr. Sparky a call.
This client may be mistaking our business with another Mister Sparky franchise that used to service the Montgomery County area that is no longer in business. We now service this area, but not at the time of this post. There is no data in our system for this client.
When I selected them on Home Advisor, I started to call Mr. Sparky. Before I could enter their phone number they were calling me. They were very pleasant so I scheduled an appointment. They were at my house within 2 hours. The work was completed to my satisfaction with an explanation of what needed to be done and why. The project was completed with a free check of all electrical components within the house, including the electric panel box.
