Do not bother unless you mind being overcharged. Had Mr. Appliance come out to look at and fix my dishwasher. The guy said it would be $508 to replace dishwasher pump. I looked up the cost of the pump and it was $130. No thanks!

Upon diagnosis, it was determined by our technician that Ms. P[Consumer name withheld at their request]'s dishwasher needed a new power wash motor. Our technician quoted Ms. P[Consumer name withheld at their request] for the repair. We regret that sometimes the repair cost is more than the replacement cost, but that isn't something we can control due to parts and labor cost. Our parts are manufacturer OEM parts that come with a one year parts and labor warranty. We regret Ms. P[Consumer name withheld at their request] feels this way and hope we can resolve the issue with her. Thanks

They did exactly as they told me, they were on time , only charged for one service call even though they came twice and the price very reasonable . But, the main thing was the communication, keeping me informed on the progress of the parts ordered, even sent a picture by text when it arrived. Both times the serviceman, Ronald came, I received a text asking what time I would like to schedule his appointment, another text when he was headed my way along with his picture, a picture of the van he drove, and how long he had worked for the company. When he arrive, he was very professional and courteous, accessed the problem in very little time, then placed the order for the part. I told them, I need my oven working for Thanksgiving. The part was overnighted arrived on Wednesday morning, he arrived that afternoon replaced the part and was done. The owner Greg called me to check to see if we were pleased, if the oven was working properly and to say Happy Thanksgiving! I have not experienced any service like this ever, a lot of other businesses should take note, this is how business should be run and what all customers are looking for Kudos to Mr. Appliance. Give them a call with your needs, you will be pleased with their service. Roy Franklin.
