If you need post-construction cleaning, look no further! I am a crazy, PERFECTIONIST, and these guys did such a thorough job without the need for any supervision whatsoever. Instinctively, they knew what needed to be done, and they did it! In addition, they were professional, courteous, and an all around pleasures to do business with. I will undoubtedly use them again in the future after my next remodeling project!! 5 STAR service from beginning to end!! Much thanks.

DO NOT HIRE MOVE HUB, LLC. I needed my condo cleaned after a renovation. I spoke to the owner Sachin Deodath and specified I needed a post-construction cleaning. I indicated the unit was empty but had an enormous amount of construction dust. I needed the walls, ceilings, and floors cleaned. The new kitchen cabinets were cleaned/vacuumed inside and the windows were cleaned (insides only). He said he normally would charge $1000 but since the place is empty, he could do it for $500. He said he and one other guy would do the job. When I asked how long he estimated it would take, he said he was not sure but probably 4 hours but made sure to tell me that they would be there until the job was done. I told him I had to think about it and let him know. He followed up with me a few days later and offered to take another $50 off the job. After getting several other estimates, Ultimately, we hired them. On job day, one man showed up with a Swiffer and wet/dry vac. I immediately got concerned and asked where the owner was. He told me they had a big job the night before so he had to do this himself. He assured me it would be fine. I walked him through the site and showed him what needed to be done and left. We came back 6 hours later to find the owner had recently shown up and the original guy was done and waiting for us. I was given a tour to check everything out and at first glance, it looked fine. He told me all the cabinets were cleaned out so I did not open every drawer in front of him, I believed him. The floors and patio were wet so I thought it was fine. We had construction debris in the garage and I asked them to take that away and were told it would be another $120, so we agreed. They left to get their truck and while they were gone my husband and I went back in once the floors were dry. When we started to look closer we could see that the windows had not been cleaned. The cabinets were NOT cleaned inside at all. He had just lied about that. Some rooms were completely untouched. HE did not have a ladder so there is no way he cleaned the ceilings. The patio! OMG, I do not know what he cleaned the floor with but it did not take the mortar dust off but it did strip the paint off the floor! He cleaned PART of the screens. It was a joke. So my husband call Sachin who was on the way back to collect the trash to say he is upset and they will have to come back tomorrow to finish this properly and the next thing I know my husband is yelling back on the phone to him. When he hung up, I asked what happened and he said Sachin told him that he had only charged us 1/2 of what he normally charges! â ¦so I guess that meant we were supposed to accept 1/2 a job?? Then he said I had looked at it and said everything was ok. Basically saying, they are done and not doing any more cleaning. Anyway, they returned and I had to do everything in my power to not call the police on this guy. He was screaming about my husband disrespecting him on the phone and no one does that to him! simply wanted my home cleaned! But this company did NOT have the skills to do a construction cleanup and was just trying to scam us out of money. He stood there in our driveway making a scene in front of our neighbors until I finally relented and just paid them to get them off my property. He accepted $500 for the entire job including the trash removal. My husband and I had to spend the entire next day there ourselves do a real cleaning.
