Moreno's Hardwood Flooring

Humberto Moreno just finished refinishing our old wood floors and installing new hard wood floors for us. The floors are beautiful and I am so happy. The color is just what I wanted and really updates our house. He is professional, honest and does quality work for a fair price. He shows up on time, works hard, cleans up and does amazing work. I highly recommend him.

It was a very good experience working with Humberto, he used quality products and protected areas not being refinished. It truly is better overall to hire a professional ( don't ask) to do this type of work. Please call Humberto to give you a estimate to refinish your wood floors.

Do not hesitate to call Mr. Mareno for any work you need doing on your floors. Once he began installing the laminate wood flooring in our basement area, he worked tirelessly for three days and did an excellent job. You do not know that he is there, except for the lovely noise of hearing those floor boards going down. He is very professional and works to please you! Call him!

New to North Carolina, we hired a renovation company do work in our home. Unfortunately, that company abandoned our project for a larger job, leaving our floors partially sanded. Apprehensive, we reluctantly interviewed several flooring companies and subcontractors. Ultimately we selected Moreno's Hardwood Flooring. The cost to complete the job was very competitive. Humberto was sensitive to our situation and made the necessary adjustment to make our project a priority. We trusted Humberto with 1,822 sq ft of flooring and he did not disappoint. He committed to and completed our job within 4 days! He committed to be at our home each morning at 8am, and he was. He did the work himself, was very thorough and professional at all times. I selected Moreno's because of the great reviews here on Home Advisor, he was prompt to come to estimate the job and we agreed on the day to begin. I had about 1000 square feet of 70 year old red oak flooring to be refinished, in various stages of aging. I pulled up the carpets in some rooms, and got most of it up. Humberto came and finished pulling some tacks. I have to say, Humberto is an experienced professional and was thorough in every stage of sanding and had all the tools. He was meticulous, neat and clean. I was amazed that he had completed the sanding and prep work in about 2 and a half days, and applied the first coat by the end of the third day. He came back on the 4th day, applied the top coat and put down the shoe molding. I can't believe how good these old floors look, and I am so glad I opted for refinishing. I feel very lucky to have found such a professional worker. I am hoping to have him come back to do the kitchen floor, as it is also the same oak. I have no reservations in recommending Moreno's for anyone in the area to have their floors refinished.
