Morales was hired to build a french drain, concrete stoop, and brick the concrete stoop. He did not construct the french drain according to the perimeters of the contract agreement. He advised that the french drain was finished. He refused to construct the french drain according to contract without additional payment, and was thus terminated. Two seperate professional home inspection companies inspected all of his projects at the property. The inspections revealed functional and safety issues related to his work. Items of concern included the french drain installation, the concrete stoop installation, and the stoop rail installation. In addition, Morales completed unauthorized brick work on the north side of the residence.

Builder subcontracted Morales Masonry Inc to install a stamped concrete patio in the back of my house. The patio turned out really bad as Morales Masonry installed it during the rain (they admitted it after the fact) and never came back to fix until we complained to builder as it was still under warranty. Morales Masonry came back after 18 month and re-stamped the patio, and let us choose the color to stain it with. However, they used the different supplier then the color palette they gave us to choose from. Color was completely different and they have refused to correct it. Also, workers dumped the concrete leftovers on the side of the driveway, and in the bushes on my property and refused to clean up - owner promised on the phone to come back and remove the concrete debris. Overall, i am rating the with 2 stars as they actually re-stamped (although badly) the concrete and stained it, but because they refused to correct the color and clean up the mess i can't recommend this company.
