Montclair Plumbing and Heating

Call was placed as an emergency and I was contacted immediately. Technician was very thoughtful and knowledgeable explaining services, proper equipment, and providing multiple estimates. Installation went smoothly within a couple of hours. Technician explained all functions of the pump and warranties. I would do business again if ever needed.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Montclair Plumbing and Heating, they are that good! We had a bathroom sink drain leaking from the pipe in the wall and needed someone who could come sooner than later. Being Christmas week, we were doubtful that we could be able to find someone. Nick from Montclair Plumbing and Heating responded the day we contacted him. Even though he was overbooked with jobs, he came that evening to access what our needs were. It would either be a difficult job or a very difficult job, as I had expected. Thinking it would be weeks before he would find the time to do the work, Nick was able to squeeze us in right after Christmas. The pipe that was in the wall was basically disintegrated and had to be replaced. Nick cut open the wall, but only as much as he needed to in order to gain access to the pipe. Not nearly as much as I thought he would need to remove. After cutting the majority of the pipe, he snaked the remaining piece before replacing with PVC, a nice added touch. He put everything back together and the sink now works better than it ever did, as the drain is not only leak free, but is also now clog free all the way to the main. Nick left the work area spotless; so much so that you can't tell he was even there. We already have other work scheduled for Nick and his crew to do, including replacing the bathroom tub and shower.

I can't say enough about Nick. He's a true professional and very conscientious. My old cast iron sewer line was rotted out and needed to be replaced asap It was a big job and he warned me ahead of time that I might be without water for 2 days but said he would try to get it all done in one day. Sure enough, he got it done all in one day. He worked from morning till night and never took a break. I was having some health issues at the time and couldn't make the stairs so he took pictures and showed me what was going on throughout the project. At the end of the day, the sewer was replaced and the crawl space and basement were clean to the point that you couldn't tell anybody was working there. The work was done quickly, done right and done neatly. Couldn't beat his price either. He's done other smaller jobs for me as well with the same high quality. I recommend Montclair Plumbing and Heating to all of my friends and family.
