Monster Tree Service of North Dallas

The workers were all young persons needing a job and working for it. Like a family run business. They crew and owner were very courteous and professional. They worked for six hours in 199 degree weather to get the job don in one day. Thee equipment is all mew and efficient. I would defiantly hire them again,

Great work. Had two trees removed and 5 others trimmed and pruned. They also removed deadwood from an oleander I thought would have to be removed but now looks like it will thrive again. I really appreciate the extra effort the crew made to make sure the trees were done correctly. They insisted on walking the job afterwards to make sure we were pleased. Thanks again.

Very fast and knew their skill;

After removing a tree and two bushes, I discovered they had cut into my sprinkler pipes. Not one but in five different places. After contacting them 3 times, they were not willing to do anything to help with the cost of repairs. Shane stated I should have told them or mapped out the location of the pipes. It's his business to know what he's doing, that's why I hired him.

Polite,professional,fast, and on time. Provided more service than contracted. Highly recommend.

They had three young men who had been in the business forever. So polite, clean, funny, and absolutely great to work with. They went above and beyond at no additional cost. Very prompt, and Shane was so very nice!
