Didn't tell me what the repair was or the cost before doing the work. Luckily it was not an expensive repair, but would have appreciated communication before commencing the actual repair.

Firstly, I am very happy you have cool air keeping you comfortable. The day we came out, the technician had you sign a form that you agreed to pay the diagnosis fee of $49, then you signed to approve the repair for the price the technician stated which was $89, then you signed to state your high satisfaction with the repair which was completed. Your final signature was given to approve us running your credit card for a collected total $138. We always seek approval for a repair before doing any repair and we gained your approval before repairing your thermostat. Once again, enjoy your nice cool air.

Had my coolant recharged which is billed by each inch of psi added. The bill was based on the final amount is psi, but I was never shown the gauge for the starting psi. If it was above zero then I should have been charged less.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
