ModExt did a FANTASTIC job on my deck! Jerry provided a free estimate, gave me plenty of options, talked me through the pros and cons, and answered all my questions. Jerry, Joey, and Jordan were true professionals--on-time, polite, thorough, and careful. When minor issues arose, they provided options; even one issue that wasn't noticed until after all was done--was made right! They completed the deck on time and on budget--no surprises. I'm extremely satisfied, and would definitely hire them again! Bring on the summer BBQs!

I interviewed 6-8 different contractors to replace wooden stairs and platform landings from my back yard to the beach below. Most wanted to impose on me their idea of what I should build and their prices reflected this. Yerry took the most time to understand my needs, wants and vision and then create a cost effective yet structurally solid design to accomplish this. Yerry's communication throughout the project was very good. His primary carpenter, Joey is truly remarkable in his work ethic, knowledge and skill. Change orders were handled in a very formal and professional manner and online payments were convenient. Yerry is a hardworking, honest person that I would without hesitation use again for future outdoor deck, stair, etc needs.
