Write a ReviewDid a great job would hire again.
Done very well
The two ladies were wonderful. Once they began cleaning they never stopped. Would use them again. My house was not only clean it smelled clean
supervision excellent
Very professional. Friendly and thorough. Did a great job. And very accommodating.
Pleased with the cleaning. Price was a little top end. Hopefully get a better deal next time.
We hired Miracle Workers after getting some work done on the house. We had our floors refinished and some construction, so it was extremely dusty. Plus, since Covid, we had not had our house professionally cleaned. It was long overdue. The crew did a really excellent job of getting this place thoroughly clean. I can even say that it was absolutely the best cleaning we have EVER gotten from a company. I am a disabled Veteran, and cleaning this house on my own is just impossible. They accommodated us last minute which was VERY appreciated, and they really did an amazing job of cleaning. That being said, there were a few major points that were less than satisfactory. First, I had to put several things back in order. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain had a few hooks hanging off of the pole, area rugs out of place, but mainly, the living room. The furniture was moved around for cleaning and not put back even close to what it should look like. For example, the coffee table was all the way to the fireplace, nearly 5 ft away from the couch, where it lives, the chairs and end tables were also very out of place. I had to push everything back into place myself. As I said, I am a disabled Veteran, and this was more than an inconvenience. While I appreciate them moving everything, and while I do expect things to be slightly out of order, this was EXTREMELY out of place. Additionally, a cat toy had gotten sucked into the vacuum pole and the lady began banging the metal pole on our newly refinished hardwood floors. Thankfully, my husband heard them, stopped them, and grabbed a needle nose pliers to remove the toy. No damage done to the floor. Finally, and this one is the biggest deal really - there are scratches on our brand new black stainless steel refrigerator! UGH!!!! I do wish I had taken pictures of everything, but I did not see it as a huge deal... until I saw the scratches. I have attached a pic of that (as best as I could get with a cell phone and flash on reflective material). There is a dent on the frig (which we did in the first month of ownership), but you can tell from the pics, there are no scratches anywhere.... except for the corner, left by the cleaning service. They must have hit the side of the frig, when moving the bread maker or knife set located on the side counter. Overall, they were too aggressive with my things. I contacted the company immediately, and while I did receive a response, they have done nothing to try and repair it or cover damages. I have contacted them twice, with no resolve, and no answer. It is a shame, because they truly would have been our forever company, for both my house as well as my sisters, had they done something to help fix this.
Very disappointed. Extremely careless and did not follow directions well. They broke something inexpensive but left pieces all over the floor. They pulled out furniture scratching my floors and then leaving it in the middle of the room. I had a light bulb that was unscrewed and then left loose, and a hole in my wall from the end of the vacuum or the broom.
Sorry, it did not work out for you. We are not careless (we care a lot). Your house was in need of deep cleaning. We sent 3 ladies to clean and only charged you for 2. As far as the floors being scratched I am not sure how you are determining which scratch we are responsible for there where many already there before we moved any furniture. We would not unscrew a light bulb so I can't answer that. The hole in the wall was discovered by you 2 weeks later I am sorry if we are responsible for that and are willing to fix the wall. We charged you $180.00 because that was your budget your house really needed at least another hour of cleaning by 3 cleaners but that did not fit in your budget. To all who read this, we only ask you to read through all our reviews we always put our client concerns as a top priority and always strive to do the best job possible.
We hired them to clean certain rooms for the move into our new home. They did a great job!
Professional and courteous
