Slow to execute. Would not give a detailed statement for the additional work. Subs were not good

Mr. Alson was a great contractor, easy to work with, knowledgeable and continued contact to assure progress Sub contractors, Kieth and Dennis were conscientious in details for the construction. Project entailed combing living room and family room in one continuous large room. Construction included multiple ceiling fake beams in cedar complimented by crown moulding, removal of load bearing wall, bamboo flooring. Countless details resulting in a show place for entertaining .

Mr. Alson was straight forward with his bidding and the promise kept while building the garage/boat house. Not only did he correct some of my building design errors but showed me where improvements could be made w/o additional cost. All documents were clear and exact, he could alway be reached by phone or texting. Never to busy to explain things I didn't understand. I will continue to use Mr. Alson on any and all future building/construction projects in mind. I need not search for another contractor again. I found a good one. FrankVZ

This contractor is second to none. I hired him to build my two car concrete garage and the quality of work and materials used were excellent. He responds to calls in a timely manner and makes suggestions that actually helped me with ideas during the construction phase. He is trustworthy and honest and that is hard to find in a contractor these days. I will be using him to re-roof my house in the near future and any other construction projects that arise.

Assisted Mr William Alson around April he gaved me a great deal and he was very approachable. He was was available to answer my questions at any time. And he even Assisted my wife to bring groceries in one day.
