My husband and I are in the business of flipping homes, but when it comes to our own projects, envisioning the possibilities and making decisions can feel daunting. Hiring Erin for our basement renovation was a game-changer! She not only helped us explore various floorplans, colors, and decor options but also presented a unique layout we hadn't considered—now the one we're going with! Erin's virtual designs seamlessly captured our ideas and preferences, making the entire process not only easier but also surprisingly enjoyable! We're so happy to have worked with Erin and used her e-design services. We first collaborated on our basement remodel - exploring different floorplans and furniture arrangements. Her 3D renderings were so helpful that we then asked her to help with another project - and she's now helped us visualize our kitchen, dining room, library AND seating area! Erin was great at incorporating our feedback and providing three viable options for each space. We're now leveraging her renderings to get quotes from a few general contractors. Without her, we would have worked with a design/build firm that likely would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars more overall. We can't recommend Erin enough, especially if you're considering a remodeling or renovation project. Make her your first call before calling any contractors!

Erin did an excellent job of understanding our needs and ideas and translating them into her design concepts. It was so helpful to see multiple options, pick and choose elements from each concept to create our ideal environment and see everything in 3D. Now we have the flexibility to source the contractors, furniture, and decor on our timeline and within our budget. I!ve worked with more “traditional “ interior designers in the past, and am so happy I have found Erin. I truly believe virtual design is the way of the future!
