Glenn and Hsaron provided WTH an excellent customer service right from the initial quote to the installation and the follow up. They were kind to help me get flooring at the contractorâ s cost they tackled hard problems and recommended solutions that overcame structural issues in my house. We would use Glenn and his team for future projects and highly recommend them to others. .

I had a very positive experience with Mighty Oak Flooring. Sharon was very pleasant on the phone and patiently addressed all of my questions. She was responsive with replying back to text messages for simple questions or clarifications. Three separate crews were responsible for my floor installation, and we were very happy with the results. They worked quickly, but did not rush. (Note: Prior to the start of their work, I placed tarps to block off dust from entering other rooms, as I was unsure if they would do this. I had a bad experience with another company that did the tarp'ing, but did a poor job, so I did it myself this time.) The Mighty Oak crews each took care to clean up and when they were finished, they checked with me to see if I was pleased with their work, and asked if I had any questions or concerns, etc. They were all very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this company.

We purchased flooring from LL Flooring and Mighty Oak Flooring did the installation. They were great to work with. They were professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love how our floors turned out!! We would definitely work with Mighty Oak Flooring in the future.

I am so pleased with my new floors! Initially, Mighty Oak Flooring installed a new floor (red oak) in both my kitchen and den. The installers were efficient and quick and the new flooring looked great. On their second visit, Mighty Oak sanded and stained the entire first floor (closet, den, dining room, kitchen, living room and stairs) using a water-based stain. The first day after sanding a small space, Sergio showed me five stain samples. I chose one and then had second thoughts/buyer’s remorse that evening. I texted Sergio and asked if I could see one sample again. The next morning, he actually did three samples — one half grey/one half brown stain; one third grey/two thirds brown stain and finally — one fourth grey/three-fourths brown stain. I chose a combination of one half grey/one half brown (which I had seen the night before!). The workers also replaced and seamlessly weaved in a small piece of flooring that was missing from underneath the pocket doors between two rooms — you cannot tell that wood was ever missing! Bottom line: My floors came out fabulous. I truly appreciate how accommodating, patient and professional the staff of Mighty Oak Flooring were in completing my floors. I highly recommend them. Sharon and the team did such an amazing job at our house. We just got a house and it was all carpet, so we knew we wanted to change it before we moved in. We partnered with LL Flooring and Mighty oak to get the materials and installation… they did an amazing job and I can’t wait for us to move in. They were on time, and super fast completing the work. We’re waiting for some materials to finish the stairs (it’s custom made) but even with that still pending the house looks great!
