Mighty Dog Roofing of Nashville West replaced the vinyl siding on my house, and it was such a great experience! I was impressed with Justin from our first meeting. He was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me, but rather shared what his company could do and sent me the quote and financing options quickly. Justin stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Once the materials were available and the crew was scheduled, he kept me updated as the project progressed. The crew put in several long days in extreme heat. They also had to work around some rain but were able to complete the work within a week. My house has been transformed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results! Most pleasant interaction. They responded to my inquiry right away then I got a call from the inspector in my area that day. He came out Saturday am, and was promptly on time Surveyed the two areas of concern and even offered to inspect the entire roof. Since it is only a few years old, I declined the offer. He had the appropriate ladders and tools and had both repairs made in short order. Michael was professional. Prompt and solved my issues quickly with an explanation of what he did. Awesome experience.

My phone request for an estimate was answered promptly with a next day,on site , inspection and a google maps generated quote. The price was attractive. We agreed on a starting date. The materials arrived the day before without incident. The eight person crew arrived the next day and began work about 7:30 am. They spread tarps all around the house to protect the landscaping. It was clear they were experienced and worked well together with good natured exchanges and little supervision. Everyone seemed to know what they were supposed to do. The job took a day and a half and turned out beautiful. As far as I can tell they did everything right. They replaced all the questionable plywood sheeting. They did all new flashing and vent covers. The shingles look great. I am very pleased. They spent a lot of time on clean up and with that effort I am also very pleased but to be accurate I still am finding an occasional roofing nail in some obscure locations. The day after the job their job coordinator and I did an inspection and found no problems. In summary, these guys are good. They are excellent communicators. Their prices are good.
