Our sewer line failed. Pat and his crew at Midwest Water & Sewer installed a new sewer line for us in a very challenging location. Pat has integrity, is a good communicator, and has a ton of experience in sewer and water line repair/replacement. I strongly recommend Midwest Water & Sewer

If you have a sewer issue, do yourself a favor and call Pat. He’s going to shoot you straight, give you a fair price and get the job done quickly and on-time. He will answer all your questions 7 days a week almost any time of the day. Simply put, Pat and his team know their stuff.

I was very happy with Midwest Water and Sewer. Got a verbal quote over the phone from Pat after describing the length and depth of the sewer line, and his crew did it for the amount quoted. They were quick to get there, which was very important in our situation, and did a good job for a fair price. Pat was very reassuring to talk to. Seemed like a regular guy. Sensible and knowledgeable, with 28 years experience. This was the first time I’d hired someone for such a job, and he really put me at ease. Very good communicator. Easy to work with. I’d use them again.

Very much enjoyed working with Pat. Because of the complexity, the project lasted longer than anticipated. Only drawback was we weren't expecting the landscape to have such undoing and upheaval. Talked to Pat about it but he reminded us that "landscaping" after the job was part of what we agreed to in the contract which was true.

Beat price of competitors by about $500 after asking what the best offer was. Left large pieces of old clay pipe in yard; did come to remove them after calling to request further clean up. Were able to get the job done w/in 2 days of estimate.

Got a quote from Pat, he then followed up when he had an opening. Installation lasted 3 days, but my sewer line was 10-14 feet deep, especially where it connected with the county main. They cleaned up the site each day, allowing us to use water as normal each night. Even told us how to help the dirt settle. Super easy to deal with.
