This company uses pipe bursting - there are videos on YouTube. Several of my neighbors have had to have their sewer lines excavated and replaced in our neighborhood, which was built in the 1960s. My sewer drain line failed about 75 feet from the house where the line meets the JOCO WW sewer main. As a civil engineer, the pipe bursting technique appealed to me and it was much less expensive than the other bids. My job was complicated by the amount of rock that they unexpectedly encountered. Pat's crew worked with me to remove tons of rock (large and small rocks) that would have ruined my back yard and they hauled it away. This is difficult and messy work. Pat's crew was very courteous, professional and Pat was always easy to reach by phone, especially when a couple of my neighbors started raising concerns about impacts to their properties. Pat's crew had to jack hammer out a small area of my basement to gain access for the new pipe, but they did a nice job of replacing and finishinng the concrete in area they removed. My advice it that you should not be afraid of pipe bursting -- It will save you a lot of money and you will probably never have to use a rooter service again. You can ask the JOCO Wastewater folks their opinion if you're undecided. October 2023.

Our sewer line failed. Pat and his crew at Midwest Water & Sewer installed a new sewer line for us in a very challenging location. Pat has integrity, is a good communicator, and has a ton of experience in sewer and water line repair/replacement. I strongly recommend Midwest Water & Sewer

If you have a sewer issue, do yourself a favor and call Pat. He’s going to shoot you straight, give you a fair price and get the job done quickly and on-time. He will answer all your questions 7 days a week almost any time of the day. Simply put, Pat and his team know their stuff.

I was very happy with Midwest Water and Sewer. Got a verbal quote over the phone from Pat after describing the length and depth of the sewer line, and his crew did it for the amount quoted. They were quick to get there, which was very important in our situation, and did a good job for a fair price. Pat was very reassuring to talk to. Seemed like a regular guy. Sensible and knowledgeable, with 28 years experience. This was the first time I’d hired someone for such a job, and he really put me at ease. Very good communicator. Easy to work with. I’d use them again.

Very much enjoyed working with Pat. Because of the complexity, the project lasted longer than anticipated. Only drawback was we weren't expecting the landscape to have such undoing and upheaval. Talked to Pat about it but he reminded us that "landscaping" after the job was part of what we agreed to in the contract which was true.

Beat price of competitors by about $500 after asking what the best offer was. Left large pieces of old clay pipe in yard; did come to remove them after calling to request further clean up. Were able to get the job done w/in 2 days of estimate.
