Two nice brothers from Shelbyville. I am in Franklin, so they had to come a ways and this would be a new area for them. I hired them to trim down or remove overgrown plants, etc. initially and for the price of $1,000, I got what I paid for pretty much. Then I hired them to power wash, apply wet and forget to roof and wash windows which ended up costing me $2,100. On their arrival day to do the work, they pulled up and came prepared with a ladder that would not get them onto alot of the roof, this is crazy, as they had been to property before and new what the job entailed! Then they said they had to hire a devise that would lift them to the high roof, but that would cost more money, I said yes. Once this came, they could not figure out how to use it, and then returned for a real long ladder. On the second job, I have to say overall the result was not great, not bad but not very average. I asked them to remove leaves etc. on roof and do gutters before applying wet and forget but they did not, so I am not confident that the job was done right. The window washing was more like a lick and a promise, not professional by any means and now I have to get some real window cleanser. The power washing was acceptable however. The final straw for me, however, is their poor communication. as a CEO, I guess, I might be a bit more demanding than your average person, but I have been asking for my final paid invoice for over 10 days and get no return calls or emails. I wish these guys well, I think they can be hard working but they really need to improve on their customer service and do a better job evaluating the work before the work commences and be honest with the customer on what they can or cannot do. At this point, hand on heart; it will be hard to recommend them to friends or anyone unless you pay less for a job less than what my expectations were. I am willing to change this review to a more positive experience, if they first get me my final paid in full invoice and address my concerns.

Extremely polite. Did the job as though they were doing it for themselves. They didn't hurry to get the job done. They took the extra time to do it right, especially the prep work that is not visible with the finished project. I would definitely hire again.
