Bill did an excellent Job for our company and seal coated and repainted our entire lot, plus patch some areas that needed repair. He was great and work with our business conducting the job on the weekend to not interrupt our business which was so important to us. He made our lot look new. Its a large lot with 16 parking spaces and ample extra space for turning etc. We have tractor trailers able to pull in and back out regularly. He did the seal coating on a Saturday and the line painting the following day. I initially hired him personally for my home but after seeing his work I immediately hired him for our business as well. I'd hire him again in a heart beat.

Bill was excellent. He provided an extremely competitive price and unlike many groups was punctual and did an absolutely fantastic job. Many times you hope to get what you pay for and with Delta Building Solutions you get what was promised and more. He cares about what the job looks like and provides a quality finished product. It really enhanced the curb appeal of the house too. He will be my go to guy for all my projects. He did such a great job that I also hired him to seal coat our company's parking lot. All I can say is he is great!!!

They could not have been more professional and courteous. Their communication was second to none. They produced a contract and everything promised was delivered. They also went above and beyond and did some repairs they had noticed during the installation that wasn't in the contract...and did not ask for a penny more. I've used them for several projects...big and small and all were completed on time and within budget. High quality work...reasonable prices...courteous service. I highly recommend them for any project.
