I had originally reached out to Mike to assist me with a Porcelain tile flooring project in my laundry room. The project was a bit complicated because there are 5 entrances in to the room, plus two floor to ceiling closets, which meant a lot of cutting of the tiles. In addition, It was over the holidays, so my expectation around timing was rather low. When Mike called he was extremely friendly on the phone when discussing my project and we scheduled some time for him to stop by and take a look at my plans. Mike arrived on time and was very easy to talk to. We were able to bounce ideas off of each other and by the time we were done talking I hired him on the spot. Within a few days he and his coworker Justin, came to the house and laid the tile flooring. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was so impressed with the his work, that I have every intention to hire him to do my kitchen and bathroom floors in the next few months. The quotes I received from Mike are comparable to others I received, but the confidence you gain from Mike is priceless. If you want a professional, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent flooring guy, then Mike is your man. Thanks Mike for a job well done!

I hired Michael to instal a laminate floor. He did an excellent job at a fair price . He and his coworker consulted with me a few times and explained what he though was the best / correct answer To solve the issue. Both my wife and I are extreamly pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. They are everything you want when you hire someone: professional, reasonable, honest, tidy, friendly, efficient. Mike is the friendliest guy ever. I liked him from the minute I met him. He is very easy to talk to. You can explain what you want done and he totally gets it. He is very accommodating. I was desperate to get my floors done and he squeezed me into his busy schedule. If you call him on his cell phone he answers immediately every time. I love my floors. They did an amazing job. Mike and the guy who works with him (Justin, who btw is awesome, too) are the best. I plan on recommending them to everyone that I know that needs floors done. They do tile work, too (like showers and back-splashes), just in case you need that done. Thank you Nelson Flooring for doing such a great job!!!
