I hired them for an extra hour and the areas that needed extra cleaning was still not done to standard and they still charged me the same. The person cleaning said she was not happy with the outcome of my barhroom and I was still charged the whole fee. I didntt realize how bad it was until I had to go behind them and clean the bathroom myself.

Paid for 2 people x 2hrs. Gave them a limited must do list & it was not completed. They stayed 30 min longer & upon leaving I had to do a lot of follow-up cleaning that was very obvious & on the list. Not equipped for a one-time cleaning. The carpet had been professionally cleaned prior & were not required to touch. Very unsatisfied.

Never used Merry Maids before, and as I just had my left hip replaced I thought it would be a great idea to get a few items off my check list. The two ladies came, spent 2 hours and cleaned 2 1/2 bathrooms, washed all floors in the house and vacuumed the entire house plus 3 flights of stairs while I watched a movie and drank coffee. TOTALLY WORTH IT!! The girls were friendly, and polite as well as on time and they did an exceptional job!! House is clean thanks to my "Merry Maids".

They called immediately and was prompt when they showed up. The two ladies that came worked very well as a team and was done at the specified time they had given. I am thoroughly satisfied and will use them again.

I asked them to do some difficult deep cleaning like overhead beams, baseboards, etc. They did it well and in a reasonable period of time.

Merry Maids did a great job on their initial visit and after that initial visit I hired them for monthly cleaning. Unfortunately each time they came the quality went downhill and I would find more and more that I was unhappy with. Their price is high compared to many of the other maid services out there. My feeling is that one of the main problems is that you seem to get different people each time and therefore it was necessary to go over everything each time. They were supposed to concentrate on one area of the house each time they came but it was not apparent what they had done. I would hire them again for a one time deep cleaning but not for routine cleaning.

The appointment was easy to make and the customer service was good. The maids were on time and ready. They did clean all I asked for, but I have difficulty calling it a deep clean. There were sticky spots left on the floors that were easily removed by me, after the maids had already cleaned. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning. I was not completely unsatisfied though. They cleaned appliances well. Sort of a mixed feelings review from me.
