The Texas February 2021 winter storm resulted in a ruptured dishwasher pipe that caused substantial water damage to our house hardwood and kitchen tile floors. As a result, the dining room, hallway, kitchen, master bedroom, and living room floors needed to be replaced. The ServPro Team removed the drywall and baseboards to dry the areas. I researched numerous companies to repair the damage and also visited the HomeAdvisor website. Out of all the companies recommended by HomeAdvisor, Mr. Shadi Natour President of Memar Contractors group reached out to me and offered a free repair quote. I advised him that I would call him back. I researched the company, reviews, his credentials, and LinkedIn account. After my research, Mr. Natour and his company stood head and shoulders above any other companies and competitors. I contacted Mr. Natour and hired his company to repair our house. He worked with our insurance adjuster and provided all insurance documentation. In addition, he visited our home on a daily basis to check on the repair progress. He also called, send texts, pictures, and videos. The house repairs were completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The repairs consisted of: storing furniture, replacing drywall and insulation, glued hardwood floors removal and replacement, kitchen tile removal and replacement, kitchen wallpaper removal with texture, removing, installing kitchen cabinets and appliances. The dishwasher and sink were professionally removed and installed by a licensed plumber. The first floor was completely repainted along with the installation of 3-inch painted baseboards. After the repairs, Mr. Natour hired a professional cleaning company to clean the house resulting in a spotless ready to move in environment. In short, a completely professional top-notch turnkey job. This company was suggested to us when NO ONE would return our calls for help after the massive Texas ice storms recently. We needed substantial repairs (sheet rock, insulation, whole interior painting, whole interior new floors, new carpets, new baseboards, window sill repairs, ceiling & wall crack repairs, etc.) after a burst pipe flooded much of the house. Shadi, their president, was on it as soon as we called. We had several meetings about the repairs and replacement options, negotiated a fair price, and got started. Shadi is extremely personable and knowledgeable; we liked him from the get-go. He is all about customer service and will spare no effort meeting your needs. Whatever you want however you want it seems to be his motto, and he'll get it done. His crew is reliable and efficient, plus Shadi came by our site two, sometimes three times a day for approximately three weeks to check on his people and our satisfaction. I contacted Memar Contractors Group through Home Advisor, to address repair of a burst water line on one of our external spigots- along with upgrading to higher quality frost resistant spigots at two locations on the home. Shadi Natour came out to personally inspect the scope of work, and to understand exactly the result we were after. Memar quoted the job, provided a complete written estimate, and followed up to insure I had no additional questions or concerns. Memar provided a competitive quote- but I gave them the job more on professional approach and the thorough approach- even on a relatively small job like mine. The team showed up as agreed and completed the job on budget and efficiently.
