They did a phenomenal job installing my French drain. I have had no issues with flooding since. They ran into some hiccups with my water line and they handled it with the upmost professionalism. I can?t recommend them enough.

I was not able to finish retaining wall so they finished before installing rock for a modest added pay. After carefully checking level, I had them come back and add some more rock. They charged me for additional rock but no extra labor. All in all I was satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

Tim McCord did a great job putting rip rap on our river bank. The job was somewhat complicated by having to work around our dock stairs and only having machine access from one side of the stairs. Tim is an excellent machine operator and his crew did the hard work of hand placing beyond where the machine could access. His crew also did a nice job of raking the ground where his machines traveled. I highly recommend McCord Landscaping and Design!

When they finished. I had to ask them on 3 different occasions to clean up the debris and the leaves they had left. When you advertised your professional business, I DEFINITELY EXPECT PROFESSIONAL CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS. MY MAIN # 1 DISAPPOINTMENT WAS, AFTER HE HAD SAWED A TREE STUMP DOWN, HE LEFT ALL THE SAWDUST, AND WAS READY TO BE PAUD. WHEN I INSPECTED , I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPERANCE OF MY LAWN, AND ALL THE LEAVES THEY HAD LEFT.

Super happy with the work Tim and his team preformed. They actually built the waterfall at their location so we could review it before we bought it. The waterfall is the highlight of the pool project, grandkids love jumping off the rocks. Couldnâ t be happier.
