McCall

I hired McCall to check out my sprinkler system which operates on a well pump. Vic Nash was punctal for his appointment. He worked nonstop from the time he arrived until he finished the project. He corrected the wiring to a valve that a previous company wired wrong. Checked all sprinkler heads flushed the sand out of the pipes and replaced bad heads. Flushed the sand out of the pump. When he finished the sprinkler heads were working properly. 8 Vic is very knowledgeable and will get the job done right.

I moved in my house in Dec., 2016. The lawn had been neglected. I hired a company in Jan. to fertilize, weed and insect control. The zoysia grass was not turning green or bare spots filling in first of May. The company came out and looked at the lawn and told me it only needed to be watered. I had watered regularly and did not think that was the problem. I contacted McCall through Home Advisor. William Curtis, Sales Inspector, called me within minutes. He came the next morning and surveyed my lawn and sprinkler system. He spent over an hour just checking the sprinkle heads and pump. He adjusted some sprinkler heads and programmed the control box. He told me part of the problem was the lawn was dry and the soil should be tested and aerated. I imagined BIG $$$. I was surprised at the very reasonable price. I have contacted many companies to get a quote. They sent sales people that came out looked around and quoted a price. Not the case with William. He checked for the cause of the problems. He even FIXED part of the sprinkler problems. Fred, the technician, was very punctual for his appointment to aerate and test the soil. Before he began the process he checked for the locations of the sprinkler heads to prevent damaging them. He explained the problem with the soil and spread sulphur to connect the problem. It has been lest than a week and the lawn is looking better. I had seen their advertisements on TV, "McCall Does It All". Believe their advertisements. They will be my lawn service company.

Very disappointed. They took the money and left most of the rats. Do not use for rat infestations. Had to hire a second exterminator to complete the job.
