Mazariegos Building

We hired Yoel based on a recommendation from our neighbor. He wasnâ t the cheapest bid. However, we trusted our neighbor and we went with him. We are so happy that we did. He showed up on time every day that he said that he and his crew were coming. Anyone who was in our house was working unless they were having lunch. He found some issues with our floorboard by the dishwasher that had rotted. His team showed us and they fixed it quickly. He was easy to communicate with and did a wonderful job on demo and kitchen cabinet install and our new laminate flooring install. He asked us to inspect things and let him know if anything needed adjusted. We found a few things we wanted done and he came back 4 days later and adjusted them. We decided to go with him after the project to paint the whole house. Again not the cheapest bid, but they bought the paint, showed up when they said, cleaned it all as if they had never been there. We donâ t have anymore big projects to do, but we hear from our neighbors that he has done small projects for them. We will definitely use York again. He is professional, punctual and pays attention to detail.

Yoel was efficient, timely, fair with price and did a splendid job with installation and painting. He did exactly as was asking and more. A+ Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Mazariegos building for any home project: Yoel is very professional, reliable and his prices are good. He is kind, communicative and easy to work with. The quality of his work and his work ethic are better than other contractors I have worked with. I hired him as contractor and carpenter to overhaul a room including Build out, windows, doors, build-out and floor tiling and a second time to fix outside wooden stairs that were falling apart. He did a superb job in both and the craftsmen he brought in to help him were all high caliber and courteous.

He was amazing!

Yoel and his crew did excellent carpentry work in several places in my house. Did fantastic decks and fence work. He comes on time and returns all calls. 5 stars in every way. I wish i could give him 10 stars!

Yoel texted me throughout the day to let me know of changes to his arrival date. Great communication.
