Maximus Construction

My husband and I had gotten three different bids from other companies, one of them being Maximus. Even though they were a little higher than the other 2 companies, we trusted our gut and went with Maximus. We don't regret paying more for the level of work they did! My bathroom and kitchen look AMAZING!!! I showed Liz the photo I had fallen in love with and she drew up the cad for us and showed us where everything would go down to the very last detail. Their project manager, Mr. Sergio always walked us through as why this or this needed to be there or done. Their workers were very respectful and clean of their workspace. We will be calling Maximus back for our patio/outdoor kitchen addition!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Among other things, it is my opinion that they do not do quality professional work (as noted by subsequent established contractors and an independent home inspector) and they charge for services not completed. Due to the lack of contractors during the winter storm of 2021, I was not in the position to do proper due diligence on the background of this company, and this turned out to be a continued nightmare.

Maximus, a family-owned business, was great. Jermey talked with us and was very patient/no pressure as we considered our options from other remodelers. When we decided to go with Maximus, Liz did a great job of running the logistics and Sergio managed the actual work exceptionally well. Whenever anything unexpected came up, Sergio explained the issue and the plan for repair. All were available whenever we had questions or needed anything. Henry and Welty did a fantastic job of the actual remodeling. Always very prompt and courteous. We were very pleased with the end result.

I was very impressed with the workmen they are professional hard working and capable. The company owners are always available when needed.
