Christian and team saved the day when an overflowing sink caused water to damage hardwoods and leak through to the floor below. The floors were notably uneven as they collected water. They were able to dry them out sufficiently to save us from having to pull up planks. They also dried and treated our ceiling space to protect from mold. They made several visits to make sure things were progressing. Align with the work, they felt directly with our insurance for a smooth experience all around. I canâ t thank them enough. Christian and his crew came out to remove the water damaged flooring and walls from a leaky toilet, brought in fans to dry out the subfloor and studs, and put me in touch with a general contractor. David went to bat for me with my insurance company and explained the claims process. He even came out to another property I had to inspect the water damage there and recommended a leak detection service. Great group of guys to work with, very knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Glad my plumber referred me to them.

Very prompt, courteous and great communication

Came home to a swimming pool in my kitchen because the refrigerator ice maker water line broke. I began calling a couple of remediation companies of which MaxDry was one. They were the only company to send a technician out immediately (the other ones told me it would be tomorrow before they could assess damages). Christian came out, extracted all the visible water immediately and then walked me through the insurance claim process. He really made a high stress situation very manageable and put a lot of my fears to rest with his knowledge and patience to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this company if you are unfortunate enough to experience water damage in your home.

Unfortunately, we had a severe backup in our basement toilet leading to water damage throughout. My neighbor suggested MaxDry and I am very glad I did. I called even though it was 9:30pm and Christian answered, listened and was at my house by 10pm. Christian and his crew worked for several hours to get the basement stabilized and there the next morning to facilitate the drying process. Thank you for a job well done

Very professional I came home to a flooded home witch started with a pipe broken on the second floor and my wife was very upset. MaxDry showed up within 2 hours and immediately began vacuuming all the floors and carpet and informed us on the process going forward witch left my wife and I at ease knowing we had chose the right company to Help us in a time of need. they contacted the insurance company and where there during the whole process thanks to David and Christian great job !!
