Okay, I met Luis as a referral from my dear friend. We haven't sealed the deal just yet but I am definitely going to be hiring him. He's fair, he's honest, his prices beat any that I've had so far. Being a single female homeowner and having met with many contractors to complete multiple repairs and upgrades, they all talked to me like I was an incompetent female when my grandfather was a general contractor. I think I know a thing or two about construction, I just don't know how to do it myself. Luis never made me feel that way. He provided solutions instead of obstacles and we are going to have a great time getting my home to be a place I love as a team. I would absolutely recommend him 100%

I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team at Master Roofing. Luis installed 6" seamless gutters and 4x3" downspouts (typically used in commercial settings rather than residential) at my Bellingham home. I had received bids from five different companies. Luis was significantly cheaper (in some cases, half the price) than every other bid, and he performed the work within a couple of days of me accepting his quote. He nicely integrated my downspouts into an existing drain tile and improved flow between an upper and lower gutter. My old gutters were full of debris (which I felt bad about!), but he took the time to clean my driveway and yard of the debris on his own accord. He patiently answered all of my questions, and was overall very pleasant to deal with. Count me as a very happy customer!

They came out several times to estimate due to my needs changing. They came to do the work promptly and explained and showed me what they did. Very friendly. They stand behind their work. Very happy with the work they did. I would recommend them.

Luis and his co-worker did a fantastic job enlarging the fence gate at my home. They carefully planned the project and helped me rethink the size of the gate I needed. Their execution of their plan was meticulous and thoughtful resulting in a highly function gate by which we can move our trailer in and out of the backyard. Their added touches to the project showed a sincere concern for the quality of the work and for customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!

I had a project that required new gutters before my awning installation. The second part was to finish the job after the awning. Louis was very accommodating with my situation. I would certainly recommend him to anyone of my neighbours at Birch Bay Leisure Park
