MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath Renovations

I had owned Deckmasters, a local deck/addition/sunroom company, so I understand well what is needed for a construction business to have happy customers. Mastercraft is approaching the mark, but it can improve in a few ways. There is one main accolade that I can provide without hesitation. The company and the two workers listen to the customer as the job is progressing and are more than willing to make any changes requested without hesitation. Another complement would be that the quality of the work is very good. I cannot in good conscience, however, provide a five star review. Primarily, this is due to a lack of project management by the owner, and jobsite cleanliness and organization by the workers. To some extent, I must share some of the blame for a messy jobsite. A dumpster was not necessary, but the lead contractor only removed waste on a trailer twice over a two week project. This, in the wintertime, leads to a messy garage. I would have appreciated more oversight by the owner.

Brian and his team were true professionals. They listened to my needs and surpassed my expectations. Very clean work. We will definitely hire them again for our next project.
