Robert is probably the last honest contractor around. He never misrepresented anything. He demanded premium work from all of the sub-contractors who worked on my project going the extra mile to explain each step as we went along. I had the feeling we were partners with the same goal to build the best garage we could for the money. When called he always responded promptly. He helped me with changes to the original design with little increase in cost over the initially agreed upon price. His suggestions were good ones; things I had not thought of as to material longevity for my project. Hes trustworthy and I will use him in the future.

I love Robert!! He is so personable and has great communication skills. My project is just beginning and I feel 100% that all will go well and as planned.

The Garage turned out well except some of the exterior finish work had to be done twice to get it right. There was no problem with the contractor who was willing to make it right. The cement sub-contractor he used did a poor job on the garage floor.

Everything turned out great! The project lasted a month longer than anticipated with only a few minor tweaks. We just love our new basement.

We are very happy with this company. Pat Newman provided us with some suggestions on combining our two projects (Cabinet Doors & Sliding Shelves) into one project. He first removed center stiles, built custom sliding shelves, and made new cabinet doors that exactly matched the existing cabinets and drawers. And all of this was well within our budget. Overall Master Additions did a good job. The only negative would be trying to get the job to final completion. It took much longer than it should have to complete the last few items. It was about 6 weeks longer than the completion date discussed with builder.

Robert was an excellent communicater, never had to worry about not being able to get hold of him. He was always quick to call back and see what the problem was. His motto of "If I wouldn't want that work in my house-I'm not gonna have it in your house" is very true. He was very critical of his contractors and expected nothing but the best. I would highly recommend him to any friends, family or co-workers who were looking to remodel or build from scratch.
