$56,000 patio within a year it?s all shifted and crap? been trying for a year and half to get Rolando to come back to honor his 1 year warranty and he won?t show up to fix it, promises every other week he?s coming? complete liar. Don?t hire!

Rolando and his team built a beautiful back patio, steps and firepit for us! They provided us with a competitive price, communicated with us from start to finish, and gave us tips and suggestions to make our space just right! Rolando provided a very competitive quote and the assurance of a five year warranty. He talked me in to adding lighting to the new patio hardscape that matches my softscape lighting. Upon the first installation all appeared to be great. however, when nightfall came and the lights turned on, it was obvious that they installed the wrong color lights. that the color of the hardscape lighting does not match the softscape. When it rained, it was clear that the patio was not flat or had the proper run off and there was significant puddling. In just a couple weeks pavers cracked. I spoke to Rolando immediately. he assured me that he would take care of everything. It has now been three years that I have been chasing rolando for repairs. he always promises to come out and never does. a warranty is only as good as the company and people providing it. I am not certain how he has such a high rating on home advisor. if you go to google you will see many reviews that says Rolando does not honor the warranty. BEWARE!

Had a concrete step and small patio replaced by Masonry Doctors. Rolando was friendly and knowledgeable from the start. He was able to articulate the plan right away and stick to it, and was able stay on budget. He had the job completely done from start to finish in a single day! I would definitely hire him again.

Rolando and his team did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on options for repairs when our brick Veneer was found to be deteriorated. He installed a beautiful stone front for us. Very reasonably priced and worked in a timely manner to complete the job. The workmanship was top quality. I will definitely refer this company to friends, family and clients.
