Poor quality of work, poor customer service and poor follow-up. Donâ t hire this company! Said he repaired our glass shower door from leaking water. We were instructed not to use the shower for 24 hours to allow materials to dry thoroughly. We waited and followed all instructions. The very first shower taken, water leaked. We called the company, no answer, we left multiple voice messages, no return call, we texted, no response. We are now out of hundreds of dollars.

Got the 2 shower doors installed and one was installed wrong the glass door hits the bottom rail. We noticed the very next day and he would not come to fix it unless we pay $175. Already paid $600 for installation.

Jose came by and installed my glass, but he did not accurately measure for the door handles in comparison to the other glass that i had installed already in the same location. His handles were installed much lower than the originals which made everything look horrible. He wouldnt return my calls and failed to meet my expectations. I would not hire him nor would i recommend the company. he was a little cheaper, but i learned that cheaper is not the best route to go.. Horrible customer service.. Please take my experience and govern yourself accordingly as you make your decision to use this service.
