Martin's Bay Area construction did a large, complicated project for us. Vito and the rest of the crew were wonderful to work with. We are very happy with the final result and I would not hesitate to call Ignacio if I had another project.

Ignacio and I been working together for a while now. He been doing many projects for our company. He is honest and doing great work

Martinâ  s Bay Area Construction spent a few months remodeling my condoâ  broke down a kitchen wall to open up my kitchen, redid my kitchen, demolished my fireplace and gutted my bathroom. They did a great job. Ignacio is very patient, always even-keel, very fair and professional. In fact, two years later my bathroom ceiling was peeling and his team came back to fix it including recaulking my new windows they installed. I really appreciated it. My condo looks great after their work and love the space they created for me. Thank you!

I heartily recommend Ignacio and Martinâ s Bay Area Construction to anyone doing new construction or remodeling. I hope to hire him for a future project. Ignacio Martin was our general contractor for a complete home remodel (see below.) He was a great partner in the project, suggesting our interior designer, structural engineer, and floor refinishers. I could put my full trust in Ignacio, his subcontractors were reliable, timely and did quality work, he was always budget conscious and saved us money by keeping the project on schedule, coordinating building permits and inspections. He shared good suggestions. For example, I wanted to patch the existing floor which would have looked cheap. At his suggestion, for a little more money we re-finished the floor which looked fantastic! His idea we re-use interior doors and jambs also saved $ thousands and looked great. Home Remodel Project Scope: Full electrical upgrade (including main service panel), removing two load bearing walls, fully gutting and expanding the kitchen, both bathrooms and laundry room, removing wallpaper, floating, and repainting all rooms, insulating western walls, re-finishing floors, reconstructing two walkways and installing 40â of French drain.

We hired these guys for a major renovation and I cannot recommend them enough. They are highly skilled, reasonably priced, very hard-working, and detail-oriented. Ignacio Martin has 25 years of construction experience and it shows. It's a large family business with in-house plumbing and electrical expertise so they didn't have to sub-contract anything but the cabinets. Observing their work every day I can see how good and honest the quality of it is. I seriously wish I had a million dollars so I could hire MBAC to help me forever.

3.0 Raymond L. Oakland, CA

I had my entire floor retired. They did a great job. They charged me a very fair price. There was a small communication problem because some of the workers did not speak English. Other than that they did a good job at a reasonable cost..
