Quick to get you to sign and collect but very slow to communicate and the only time you see a Manager, is to collect money. Sloppy clean-up. Called that they missed painting a vent pipe, came out, and never painted it. Had water leaks in 4 rooms and finally had to pay a friend to paint the ceilings for cash. They did refund me the money. Just not a professional company. Do not use them.

Do not use this company. They will have you initial and sign a so-called contract just to get an estimate and then increase the cost 6 months later, 15K to 22K. This company also got a public adjuster involved to make sure I follow through with the so-called contract. The contract they are holding me to was an estimate that they informed me meant nothing and was an estimate. They are also threatening to place a lien on my home if I do not use this business. I have experienced yelling and curse words and they hang up on me when I call.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I have no problem @ all with my previous ~20yrs old shingle roof. I invested good amount of money to re-roof the house and expect worry free for a good extend of time, but I was wrong. The first year, I had gutter issue and was told by the gutter repair guy that the gutter wasn't reattached properly during re-roof. The roof is less then 2 years old and I have bad roof leak. The company is dishonest and doesn't stand behind their commitment. I was promised of 15years labor and parts warranty, but when I called, I was told they only warrant for one year. Don't trust a company that cant stand behind their work.
