    The service technicians were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They even went so far as to go to the warehouse to get a part that was going to be shipped in 5 days, thus saving me an extra visit to repair my freezer. I would highly recommend these folks.

    Very expensive and over priced. 20 min fuse replacement resulted in a $245 charge. Fuse cost is less than $20 from Maytag. Will not recommend nor hire them again. Price gouging and ridiculous and no flexibility.

    Hi Mr. Luciano thank you for sharing your experience with our company we are a bit confused with your negative review being that you were under no obligation to move forward with the repair of your appliance, our technician was able to methodically isolate & locate the nature of the malfunction of your appliance & provide a quote for repair including our $79.00 trip charge part & labor at a total cost of $229 + tax which you immediately attempted to negotiate, but unfortunately, our prices are firm & well within industry standards, & less than what your manufacturer charges for this same repair. Before any work began you were given your repair estimate which you then authorized. keeping well-stocked vans with factory original OEM parts on hand allowed us to complete the repair the same day. We understand Hiring a fully licensed & insured company with factory-trained technicians that arrive on time in uniform in wrapped well-stocked company vehicles with the best warranty in the industry does come at a cost, all these benefits & assurances of hiring an established company is the reason we are number 1 in our city & surrounding areas.

    Overall, a very pleasant experience. I had the misfortune of needing washing machine repair. In calling Mardy's Appliance Repair, I found them to be very prompt with scheduling and thorough in their explanation of what to expect. Vinny, the Technician, phoned before his arrival, was prompt in arriving, and provided an extremely high level of customer service. Not only did he service the immediate need, but he also provided some additional insight for future based on my particular appliance model's history. In summary, while the initial service fee seemed a bit high, I highly recommend this service provider.
