Kenny, the owner, came out on a Sunday to give me a quote to replace all the existing ugly tile and carpets in my recently purchased two bedroom condo. Not only was he professional but his prices were very reasonable so I signed the contract that day! The laminate floors were installed in 3 days by Alex, a superb job! I highly recommend this company.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Ken is a straight forward guy. And knows about flooring. Brought samples right to our house. Selection made, easy payment options and scheduling was flexible. The installation was done quickly and professionally. He moved furniture, did an immaculate job with the floor and trim. And cleaned up after. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend the floor quality, price and professionalism. Overall a fairly painful project completed painlessly. 1/28/2013 - Unfortunately I must edit my previous review. I have found that the flooring that was recommended by Marbrit and purchased, does not live up to the expressed quality when sold to us. I have attempted to contact the Marbrit via phone and email with no response. I intend to resolve the issues on my own. However, the floor that I purchased from Marbrit should be backed up by Marbrit. I would not recommend this company, for the very poor customer service. If you wish to have someone that is there after the money is paid, Marbrit is not the company to use. I am also feeling foolish with my previous glowing review and choices.

Took $3850 as a deposit. When I was forced to cancel because my husband was sick, they said they would return my money, and they never did.

This was an order that was placed last year. We were set to install the job at the beginning of January. This customer said her husband was sick and if she could push the job to the end of February. That leaves my installer without a scheduled job and that means he is without income. The customer does the same thing in February. She said as soon as her husband feels better she will call me. Two months have gone by and she calls me to cancel the job for the same reason. I gave her the opportunity to delay the job again. She said no. She then applies to Angi for another estimate. Why? She actually left me a voicemail that she would have used me- Ken Gonick

Installation went well, they did a good job but unfortunately, the owner took the liberty of charging the card for the final payment right after the job was done without my final approval of the job and without my authorization. There was still a pending issue with the condo Assoc that the company needed to take care of so the charge was premature. I was not happy about that!
Response from Company:
I apologized to you on our phone conversation. We take for granted as well as require someone to be there at the end of the installation to inspect the job. That will save us a trip back to fix any problem that you may find. Not that we would not come back to repair any problems that may arise but it will help in not having to send someone off a job to do a repair. In this case we take the blame of not calling you to confirm the inspection. In this case my installer told me to put through the credit card. I again will take responsibility and make sure the jobs are done to the satisfaction of our customers before we put through the final payment.

Great prices, selection and quality of workmanship. Top notch. They did not an easy job in my bedroom. Round bed, not a single straight line in the room and nevertheless the floor looks like it was there from the start!

Terrible experience. The owner subcontracts and the installers are terrible. The product is also of terrible quality. I gave up following up and thankfully sold the house.

Sorry you feel that way. We have done thousands of jobs to date and have one of the highest ratings with Home Advisor for 13 years. You installation was over 3 years ago and had a lifetime warranty on the material and 2 years on labor.
