Manor Home Maintenance just finished a bathroom remodel for us, and we were so unbelievably thrilled with the job that we went ahead and did our second bathroom with them as well! Rick and his team absolutely went above and beyond what we had hoped and wished for. They did complete a remodel on both bathrooms, starting by demoing down to the studs, then starting from the ground up with absolutely everything, sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, custom mosaic work, custom tile and countertops, shower, windows, vanity, painting... everything was done to perfection. We can not rave enough about Rick and his team, they are a total pleasure to deal with and we can not wait to use them again in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Ricks crew, Rubin and his partner, removed a thru the wall AC and patched the interior and exterior wall. They also vented our microwave to the exterior. They did a great job, very professional, clean at a fair price. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future, EXCELLENT!!!!

A wonderful experience with this company. Rick was always available by phone and came to inspect the projects everyday. He made sure we were completly satisfied and did extra things that were not even related to the contracted job...like put shingles on my unfinished cat house and change a faulty sensor light. Rick was also very creative in coming up with a solution to a 17 year problem I had with a draining issue. We felt like we were his only customer although I know he was busy doing other jobs as well. I initially hired this firm to fix my vinyl siding which blew off the side of my house during a recent storm. I was impressed by their professionalism and how they expedited the repair in inclement weather even though it was a small job. I then hired them to totally renovate an old bathroom. They did so admirably and all work was completed in 10 days. Rick was very accomodating throughout the process making suggestions and providing samples. Even though the subflooring and baseboard heating pipe needed redoing, I was not charged extra. The same crew worked just about every day from 7:00 - 3:00. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and did their utmost to please my every request even having to redo some work wihout a complaint when I changed my mind. Rick would stop by daily to supervise and could always be easily reached by phone. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.
