Alex is the best! Our 25 year-old AC doesn't cool down our house at all so we were looking to replace the whole system including the whole AC Unit and Furnace. After going through quite a few quotes most of them said they can't fit a 3.5 ton machine in my attic since they said there wasn't enough crawling some for them, and Alex's crew was the only ones that could do it with a very reasonable price. He gave us a detailed quote which includes parts, labor and permit. Alex's crew was very professional and efficient at the job. We could see the crew was experienced and knew what they were doing. They took good care of our house and laid the clean cloth on our second floor carpet so nothing got dirty. They cleaned up very thoroughly after their day ends so we never had to clean up afterwards. Work lasted for three days and they were on track for the whole job. After work was done, Alex also came by after a few days to finish the paint jobs in my exterior AC ducts and the hole in my wall where the old controller was. Alex also filled up the permit application to the city with HERS test also included in his quote. Alex came by after the project when the city inspector was here (he made the appointment for us as well). Inspector only spent like 5 minutes in total and said the work in Attic was perfect. Alex basically took care of everything so we did not have to do anything except signing off to the city as homeowners. Our overall experience with Alex is perfect. He is knowledgeable and patient, and he did not bother to come by multiple times to finish the permit with city. We are definitely referring Alex and his crew to our friends if they need any help with an AC contractor.

Alex and his team did a great job to install my 5-ton HVAC system. My old 5-ton running into frozen pipe problem, and air pressure on my 2nd floor is very weak to nothing. Alex quickly pointed that the return air is not enough, and further discoverer my original design is only for 3 tons system. His team enlarged the return air with 12 inch duct to match my original 5-ton system, added an additional release for balancing the coolness inside the house, reconnect closer to upper floor air joint to increase 2nd floor pressure. Now the system runs extremely well. It also solved year-long problem, now my 2nd floors air pressure is normal and strong- I am super happy for that. He also found out a broken pipe in the crawl space and got it fixed. Now all the releases are having air coming out balanced. Great and quality work done!

I would recommend M&M every time. I had gotten 4 bids before finding M&M, and I am glad I kept looking. Alex and his crew are experts in their trade, they had creative solutions when my existing home was not easy to replace our heater and air conditioner upstairs. Additionally, they fixed my air conditioner downstairs verse the 4 bids before telling me I had to purchase a new heater and air conditioner downstairs. Alex and his team are high integrity skilled professionals. In today's world this is often hard to find. Great job and super happy customer!
