Communication was excellent. Quickly responded to my plethora of questions before and during the install. Owner worked with my schedule. Once the permit was in hand, the project moved at a rapid pace. Dismantled my ancient, crumbling front stairs and front sidewalk in one day. Removed every speck of debris. Framing was done that same day. Next day the front stairs were poured. Day after that the sidewalk was poured. I had asked for a specific pattern in the concrete for the walk and stairs which meant a special frame needed to be built. The project turned out beautiful and we are very happy. The owner and his staff are extremely proficient. Already planning our next project with Maloy.
